Mind Body skills cohorts take place in a supportive group setting over 8 sessions. These groups are open to anyone who
wants to learn stress management and wellness skills.
Participant’s experience:
• Breathing • Movement • Relaxation • Imagery/visualization • Journaling
• Autogenic training• Meditation • Self-expression
Mind-Body Skills participants have gained:
